Fully qualified with QTS, Rekha has designed and delivered high quality curriculums and taught across EYFS, KS1, KS2 & KS3, in both state and independent schools. Engaging pupils with creative learning experiences, instilling curiosity, independence, resilience, compassion and a love of life-long learning, she achieved an ‘Outstanding’ OFSTED lesson grading and consistently maintains high professional standards.

She has led teams in coordinating and resourcing Music. Modern Foreign Languages and English curriculums across whole-school settings, conducted lesson observations and participated in assessment and moderation exercises. She is passionate about developing and sharing strategies for effective pedagogy.

Rekha has worked with vulnerable children, young people and adults in therapeutic settings, children with behavioural and emotional needs, those with neurodiversity and complex learning needs and holds up-to-date Safeguarding training and DBS check.
